I hit the 70 pound mark this week!
By far, the single biggest thing that has kept me on track and committed has been accountability. I shared about this last year, and you all know how much I LOVE my gym - Phases Fitness! Since we began training for the Urbanathlon during the summer, I've gained 2 more priceless accountability assets - Barb and Laura. We were on the same team for the race, and now we're training for a half marathon together!
