White Bean Chicken Chilli
40 ounces of white beans (or any beans - I used light kidney because they were on sale!)
36 ounces of salsa
16 ounces of stewed tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloges of garlic, minced
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
Put all of the ingredients in the crock pot and cook on low all day!
Serve topped with cheese and sour cream.
