The recipe is:
1 large can of whole, peeled tomatoes
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1/2 serrano pepper
1 bunch cilantro
1 tsp each: onion salt, garlic salt, cumin
Ingredients gathered! I used a yellow pepper in this batch because they didn't have red at the market! Still yummy!
Put the other half of the peppers and onions into a bag - presto - salsa ingredients for the next batch! (I go through a batch just about every week!)

TASTE TEST! If it's not hot enough - add the other half of the serrano pepper!
It's delicious, it's all natural, can be made organically if that strikes your fancy, and it's so easy! Yum!
